They sent a tech to the truck stop I was at, then a day later, escorted me to the shop without having to tow. Just waiting for them to install a new radiator. Called in at 0315 was told 60-90 min eta and it wasn't til 0545 thats when mechanic showed up. Beware they charge a 2 hour minimum like everyone else but separate charge for coming to unit and a FSC also. So its a minimum 2 hours at $125/ per hr and a coming out fee and a fsc. $500 for literally a upper radiator clamp (not hose) and 6 gallons of antifreeze. Moral of review, keep extra 3 gallons of full concentrate and clamps and a screw driver it'll save you hundreds, literally.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My truck only had a simple belt problem, but they made up fake issues and kept it for two days. Then they charged me $6,800 for work that wasn’t worth even a fraction of that. They take advantage of drivers stuck on the road — don’t go here!
